THIS IS NOT A REVIEW, THIS IS A MAJOR “THANK YOU”. WHEN WE WERE AT OUR LOWEST AND WAS LITERALLY HOMELESS AND NEEDED A HOME TO LIVE IN YOU WORKED HARDER THAN ANY REALTOR I HAD EVER KNOWN TO HELP US FIND A HOME. YOU FOUND US ONE AND PUT US IN TOUCH WITH ALL THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO HELP US CLOSE ON OUR PURCHASE. NOT ONLY DID YOU HELP US GET A HOME YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT NO OTHER REALTOR WOULD EVER DO FOR ANY CLIENT. THE ONE SMART THING THAT ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HOME CAN DO IS PUT YOU AT THE WHEEL. NOT ONLY CAUSE YOUR GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO BUT BECAUSE YOU SEE THEM SAFE IN A HOME THEY WILL LOVE AND DO THAT AS IF THEY WERE YOUR FAMILY YOU WERE GETTING A HOME FOR AND THAT IS VERY RARE IN THIS WORLD TODAY. Without Gloria’s help, we would not be living in our retirement home; Gloria was amazing! We spent a week in this area last December, searching for a house; Gloria was with us nearly every day and though she had other things going on, she made us feel that we were her only clients. We were able to find a house and submit an offer, but by the time it was accepted, we were back in Michigan; from that time through closing, Gloria handled everything – documentation, inspections and so on. And at one point she paid for an inspection out of her own pocket so that it could happen in a timely fashion – not sure other realtors would have done the same. In our opinion, a 5 star rating is simply not enough; professionally and personally Gloria rises above the rest.
